It was very easy to set up an appointment to pick up my new CPAP device. Although it was just an upgraded model of my current machine, there were enough new features that the orientation was helpful. All of my phone interactions for supplies and procedures have been easy and professional.

I have been waiting a month to get my cpap supplies. Both my PCP and my Pulmonologist have sent over the orders. No action.
Have been trying for 3 weeks to get CPAP supplies. Every time I call I get a different answer as to what the problem is! Just LIE AFTER LIE!!!
Switched to Advacare from another provider and couldn't be happier. I've only had a few interactions so far but Advacare is leaps and bounds ahead of my old provider.
