I wouldn't give them any stars! Reject this receiver and shipper! Don't bring any load here or pick up anything! 5 plus hours to unload
Make sure your straps and load bars are in your trailer upon departure. They stole my straps and I’m unable to reach anyone to resolve the issue.
Save yourself some trouble, this is one place you will feel like you want to punch someone in this facility, they are very slow and they don't care, been here since 8.00am and it's now almost 11 and they haven't touched my trailer at all, never again
