Today is February 1 and I showed up early to deliver my load and the girl at the check-in booth was extremely rude! I told her I said well sometimes I get in here later and sometimes I get in here early. I’ve got another load to go pick up to bring down here so I thought I’d get this one in early. She said I promise you they won’t take you early and was very rude in telling me that. I had an appointment here today for 9:30am, checked in at 8:10am and got a Door at 8:40am. We were Offloaded by 11:40am but they were so rough getting the Pallets off the Truck that they Damaged 21cases. They went through each case and threw what they didn’t want back in the Trailer. The person working the Gate said it happens with almost every truck so be careful and Take Pictures Before You Offload!
3-4 hours to unload and then you wait for your paperwork rude people Absolutely no parking Receiving opens at 7:00am
