After a few months I have experienced zero change to increase my quality of life. My worker barely gets back to me, doesn't make much effort, has only given me a few rides to get groceries or to go to DHS and nothing else. He misses appointments without saying anything, and has not connected me to any other resources. I have found all that I can. And I was told they have access to more help. I haven't seen any of that.
