I thought I had completed a review at the time of my services, but I don't see it so completing another one. I had several "issues" that happened all at once. Ended up in the emergency room twice before my appointment with Dr. McCrery. Once I met with her, she brought in Dr. Niu for my kidney stone. I mean, literally, pulled him in to meet with me at my appointment with her. Dr. Niu got me in for my first surgery to remove the large stone the next day. It took nearly 2 hours to be seen 40 minutes when done. Place was absolutely disgusting in the back. Notice the dust? That build up means it's not been cleaned for a very long time. Stained floors.
For as long as I can remember, I have been helping take care of my mom through Cervical Cancer & the long lasting effects of radiation. We saw Dr. Niu at his facility because of bladder and urinary tract issues. My mom normally prefers seeing female Drs, but we couldn't have been happier with our experience with Dr. Niu. He was professional, calming, thorough, knowledgeable and warm hearted. He made her feel like a person again and spoke in a way we could both understand. Wouldn't recommend this place if it was the only place on earth. I would suggest you look elsewhere if you like your money to be used for actual services.
