They actually harassed my elderly mother.
VERY RUDE! RECEPTIONIST NEEDS MANNERS FOR DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS!
RUN - don't walk AWAY from this place. We have spent 7 months trying to get them to stop billing my mother. She used their service for one week in Dec 17 while on vacation, and they have continued to bill her. Now threatening collection action despite her calling and calling to get the bogus billings stopped.
The customer service at this establishment is non existent. This business has continued to bill Medicare for an oxygen concentrator that they came and picked up a year ago. The cpap "specialist" is incompetent. Go anywhere else and save yourself the trouble.
The current receptionist is rude, unhelpful and needs to be fired and her supervisor needs to learn to supervise people. I even attempted to complain about the service to no avail. Take your business elsewhere. I have tried to use this business for several years and always have issues, never receive good customer service, it takes several follow-up calls and I never get my CPAP supplies setup as promised or a call back from anyone. Worst LinCare EVER! Shame on you ....
