Didn’t honor my appointment at 9:00 and changed it to 1:30 without notifying me. When I showed up, front desk told me to wait and never came back out. I called the phone and customer service rep kept insisting they b transferring me to the front desk, and eventually stopped answering my calls. Don’t go here if you value your time and neurological health.
An absolute trashy person! The most horrific physician til date! If I could give this trashy lady anything below a 0, I would! I can’t believe anyone would hire such a horrendous, uncaring, incompetent person in their practice! She’s pathetic beyond words! No compassion, no attentiveness, and a complete moron! No wonder she has all 1 stars and bad reviews!
Nigar Dargah Zada MD is a thief. Ellen Edgar MD is the ringleader of thieves. Clair Cascella MD is a thief also. There was ZERO transparency and 100% Dishonesty during my botox treatments for cervical dystonia and severe shoulder pain and spasms. Clair Cascella MD and Ellen Edgar MD both LIE about the amount of botox they inject. They stated a high amount which is a BLATANT LIE and then they injected wayyyyyy less. Such unprofessional and incompetent people working at this office. After my initial visit, which was a 2 hour wait, I came in for a follow up which also needed a priauthorization. After sitting in the office waiting yet again, they didn’t even submit the authorization. Stay away and go to another office
