The absolute worst office about getting back to you even if it’s an emergency!!! I do not know about all the office but unfortunately dr nightingales nurse “Whitney” avoid at all cost, actually she will avoid you and her job at all costs at the expense of you. Especially when the dr goes on vacation then calling in stat to speak to my nurse bc I need my doctor and she gives me the run around and doesn’t even call back. If this would let me, I would not even give them one star. My daughter went here for an endoscopy and upper GI. They didn't fix her hernia, they misdiagnosed her, they said she had an infection, but never had an infection, nor was treated for one. They called her a month after her procedures, saying "COME IN ASAP", so she paid $4 to go back in and they acted like there was nothing wrong. She has been getting the run-around with these people since the beginning, and they've never even tried to help her get these issues resolv... read more
The Dr and nurses were terrific! Only issues were the receptionist was not friendly at all and my procedure was actually on Friday when she told me Thursday. Other than that, I loved the place! Dr was great for my procedure as well, and the anesthesiologist rocked as well. 9.9 points all around!
