NO STARS!! My opion is this place is conducting FRAUD! I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the support I have received from my Targeted Case Manager, Cameron Miller. Before I was assigned to Cameron, I honestly felt like I had no one advocating for me. It's pretty sad when your TCM doesn't record accurate information and when you try to be civil and correct it the front desk gives you the run around, puts you on hold and then when you ask for a supervisor they say someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours. I really do want to give this company a 5 star rating but that depends on if they call me back and correct the issues. I'm disabled and want a reliable agency to advocate for me.
