They deserve zero stars. Worst customer service EVER. I arrived at 10:20am for my son’s 10:30am appointment. The receptionist right away tells me that I will be waiting at least half hour to be taken inside and once inside, I’ll be waiting for she DOESN’T KNOW how long in there too. I asked her why do they overbook their schedule. She says she doesn’t book the appointments and she DOESN’T KNOW how they’re booked. I literally took a pic of the list of the people who had signed in and there was 19 before my son. 19! Count them... read more
I totally don’t recommend it their phone customer service sucks they are rude leave u on hold for 30 minutes and on top of that they click on you. I will be changing my children from this place I like their dentist but their customer service sucks. If I could rate it 0 I would.
