Had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. McConnell and his team today at Methodist ER in converse. I was extremely pleased with the level of care my son received. Each step of the way every procedure was explained. From check in to check out, the staff was professional and kind. The nurse, Grace, was very attentive. Overall excellent experience. Definitely will be first in choice of ER if needed again. Thank you, Methodist ER!

2ed time at northeast Methodist and I was sent home without finding an underlying problem. Nope never again. At least the nurses weren’t eating a popsicle while changing wound dressing. If I don’t die first I’ll go to someone who I don’t know wants to help me not die.

How does a Hospital loose a patient blood work and the lead RN was extremely rude when I asked her to contact me Her name Michelle Masi, she has no right holding lead nurse position!!!!!! I’m filling a major complaint!!!!!
