Dealing with the ladies at the front desk and to make an appointment is a complete nightmare! Ended up having to change doctors because they have the worst attitude and act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job.

My daughter had her first baby in San Antonio. When she got pregnant with her second she asked for my opinion on which San Antonio hospital to deliver at. I asked, "Why not in Hondo? They deliver babies there." She had him there and she and her husband can't stop raving about how great the staff and care there is. She said the nurses were so much more attentive and caring than the ones at the last hospital. They - and I - are very happy with our choice!
