I arrived today for a follow up appointment with Dr. Chang as my regular provider was away. I waited in an exam room for 40 minutes. No one popped in to say he was running behind and I can only assume I was forgotten. I shared this with the front desk on my way out and the response was "okay." No apology, no attempt to see what happened and I was not asked to reschedule. I used to have problem with prostate , I piss many times at night, I went to see him but he didn’t treat me, he told me not to drink blab blab. I knew that but I had sick . I think he wants patients almost big problems then he treats to make money…very bad doctor.Terrible
