I needed to get ahold of my Doctor as the location that I used to make appointments with him has not been answering their phone or returning calls for several days. I kindly asked if this location would send my Doctor an email letting him know I’m trying to reach him and he refused to help me in any way. I would like to give Melissa a huge "Shout-Out" for her amazing knowledge she has... Not only did she answer all of my questions,,, she went far and beyond to help me gather resources that I didn't even know about... I believe that Melissa should get "Employee Of The Month" along with her very own parking spot... ARTS Team ,,, ya'll are so lucky to have her on your team!!!
What a joke..I called multiple times for mental health and I kept being put on hold. Outsourced mental health is not acceptable.
