J'Que Ellis, owner of Fitness DEFY'd comes to Adtran twice a week to train during lunch hours. She is amazing. Even though I can barely walk today, after taking her class Wed and Thursday, its all good. Her personality and enthusiasm it what makes her different. That being said, I'm out for the next weeks because I am so sore lol

ADTRAN is a wonderful company filled with talented, intelligent employees and the campus is beautiful.
What a beautiful setting in which to celebrate our profession. I enjoyed visiting with school counselors across Madison, Jackson and Limestone counties while benefiting from a day of professional development. Oh, and did I mention the wall of windows overlooking the pond and ducklings? Thank you for having us Adtran.
