We signed up thinking we were doing something good for the environment and the planet. We were told our electric bill would be replaced with our solar bill and that it would not cost more. Instead we now pay both, and the monthly cost increased considerably after we were unable to pay a huge lump sum after the first 17 payments. It's in the paperwork so I guess we just got duped. During the installation of the solar panels, ADT Solar damaged my gutters. The installation technician got overheated and almost fell off my roof back in May of 2023. I have called multiple times to get my gutter repaired after sending them a quote. My gutters were 1 1/2 years old when they damaged it. To date, I have not had a manager call me or anyone else. Now I am seeking legal options as I have been trying to work with them in getting this resolved. Definitely will not suggest them if they start serving our area again…
What's the point in even calling if all get is prompts that had to do with what you calling about. Really?
I am needing a new roof replacement due to the hailstorm that we received and I have the roofer ready to go and everything's good with the Insurance Company the Insurance Company is waiting on a quote. Well we were actually enjoying our solar panels up until yesterday when we’re told to either come up with $12777 or basically our payment will double we were never told that was going to happen if I could get out of the contract I definitely would and recommend anyone considering solar do your research and definitely read the fine print
