I had a salesman come to my house. He was aware I was a single mother who had a very hard time with fluctuating electric payments. His huge selling point was the consistent amount I would pay monthly. I reviewed the contract with him. The contract he showed me to sign was only the solar information which has a three day life span. Now that I have signed and had solar panels my payments when from $156 to $210. Quite disappointed with ADT Solar as we have experienced nothing but horrible customer service. After the storm hit in order to get our roof fixed we were told we needed our panels removed, after about 15 calls and waiting 3 weeks for someone to get back to us we still have not heard from the company. In addition to this poor customer service, after getting our panels installed it took them almost 5 months after installation for them to start taking affect and it was the same thing, numerous phone calls and several no shows ... read more
Ethan McBride is very informative and easy to work with. If you need any information about ADT solar or just not sure if you're ready to invest, give ADT Solar a call and ask for Ethan McBride. I highly recommend it. Edit- I wrote the above review before I realized Ethan and ADTSolar do not operate in good faith. If you choose to use this company, just know they add your government tax incentive to your loan that you DO NOT GET BACK. Ethan is untrustworthy and does not keep good on his word. Proceed with caution
