I pay 475 dollars a month for their system and it only provides 25percent of my home electrical needs in texas. It is not worth a dime. Don’t waste your money. It’s February here in texas and I paid the 475 solar bill and my wife just paid 457 for the Hamilton electric bill! This is pure theft
I was originally a customer os SunPro solar and after ADT's acquisition, the service has become pathetic. Very dysfunctional organization with no response, ETAs and does not care about customers. Pathetic service!
Horrible customer service as we are in dire need to get our panels removed because our roof needs to be replaced and I find it completely unacceptable that we have to wait 1-2 months before this work can happen. It shouldn’t be that much to temporarily remove them to have the roof replaced. It also took 1-2 weeks to even get someone to finally start the process after multiple follow up calls to check on status.
