DONT DO IT. GO WITH LOCAL SECURITY SYSTEM OR YOUR OWN. READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW. AND THEIR FINE PRINT. NOT A RELIABLE SYSTEM. AT ALL. If I could give ADT ZERO stars, I would. The problems started THE DAY they installed the system. The Google Nest/ADT equipment wasn't working properly before the installer even left. The hubs kept going black and STILL do. I unfortunately got sucked in by (seth) to a terrible customer service, shortly after you sign that contract ur on ur own for anything and everything and it costs u alot of extra money if u need there help Please do NOT sign with adt you don't need the problems

I have been an ADT customer since 2002. The poor service over the years whenever there is a problem with my system has reached new heights of incompetence. I would urge anyone considering an alarm system to use anyone except ADT. My latest issue has required me to schedule four service calls (They give a four hour window for your appointment - so four half days of missed work!) and the issue has yet to be corrected.
