WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT WORK WITH ADT WHAT SO EVER HORRIBLE NO COMMUNICATION AND NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING AND I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT STORY FOR EACH REPRESENTATIVE I TALK TO. I WAS TOLD I COULD STOP PAYING THE SERVICE FEE IF I PAY MY EQUIPMENT OFF SO I WANTED TO PAY IT OFF. NEXT THING I KNOW I GET TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER REP TELLING ME I STILL NEED TO PAY THE $75 SERVICE FEE EVERY MONTH SO I CANCEL MY EQUIPMENT PAYMENT TO JUST GO BACK INTO MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD BE AT LEAST 5 DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES... read more
It's been over a week of me calling every day trying to get someone to Uninstall this system from my house. They tricked us into a good "deal" then the installer made us feel like we needed MORE security. The main boss came during install and Kenneth our installer said the boss could fire him for no reason if he wanted to right there. We don't want to be associated with a company like this.
I had ADT services for almost 10 years. When you first get service, you're locked into a contract for 2 - 3 years, then it transitions month to month. At year 8.5, I moved from Chicago to MI, I tried to transfer my service. I was told that I could not transfer it, so I would need to cancel and open a new account. After about 1.5 year in MI, I'm moving again to a safer neighborhood, and when I go to cancel, what do you know, I'm now locked in a contract since the service was 'technically' canceled. Just the absolute worst. No customer service. 3 year contract. Terrible service. Just awful.
