Jody did an amazing job. He was very personable and knowledgeable of the system. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us as we were learning. I would give Jody 5 stars if I could.
Watch out for these people. After cancelling service they tried to remove 2818 from my bank account, which fortunately I caught and stopped. That in my view is bank fraud and I am preparing the appropriate legal action--- After my original review they made contact and it appears we are headed for a court action, I will post the proceedings for all to review, hopefully it will generate another class action suit.
My experience with Jared was splendid he was very specific professional very helpful Hope you have more workers like him in the office.
Jared Belmarez was absolutely fantastic, his communication was phenomenal. He went Above and beyond even helped me answer questions about the devices after the Install service was already provided! I had an whole house security set up to keep an eye on my grandfather in a very unsure situation and Jared‘s communication and educating me on the devices have made me feel so comfortable Keeping my grandfather home aging in place after a dementia diagnosis I cannot thank him enough for his kindness, patience, and dedication to do... read more
