I have been with this company for over 3 decades! It was brought to my attention , I was being overcharged , for 2 years! In 2022 we had upgraded our services, new cameras, new monitors and a name change had been required.And I made multiple attempts talking to approximately 30 customer service representatives about the name change.And it never got done. It finally got done after I raised immortal cane in january of 2025! I have been trying for over 6 months to get a reimbursement check.As they sent half of what they owe me ... read more
I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolute joke of a company with non-existent customer service and garbage products. I bought a house with its equipment already wired, so I figured it can't be that bad. BUT IT WAS WORSE. Chat routinely disconnects, and you have to start over with their AI that connects you with someone else, who will drop you. Call the phone number, and you're placed on an infinite hold (without music or anything, just sit there until you get so pissed off you just hang up and start over). The most horrendous customer service experience I’ve ever had. I pray no one has to deal with ADT issues because it’ll take 3 months and 10 agents before you even speak to someone who can give you an answer without sending you through a cyclone of transfers. The moment I’m able to cancel my contract, I’ll be doing so.
Suck in general. Not worth it. Better off going to Amazon buying a setup
Run, they are worthless.. charge u $100 for a peel and stick alarm the stick to your door or window..
