Do NOT go with ADT. they have taken over 700$ of my money and I’ve never cancelled my services. All I did was change addresses. But instead ADT DECIDED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND PUT ME IN A NEW ONE. It’s been 3 weeks now and they have “rejected” my refund? Do NOT use ADT. There are so many other security options that don’t take your money and put you in contracts and cancel ones when you have been a loyal customer for over 6years.
ADT is the worst company ever! I highly suggest you find other security companies. They do not work with you and they are overpriced and take payments out without your knowledge.

Over charged called said I was getting refund weeks go by nothing call back they said it messed up they would put it thru in 3 to 5 days 2 weeks later almost and nothing still smh the worst
They don't monitor the cameras that they sell.
