The WORST. GOT CHARGED FOR A VISIT TO HAVE IT HOOKED UP ONLY TO DETERMINE IT CANT BE HOOKED UP. Im having my mom get a ring.
They charge to service their faulty equipment. The cameras say vehicle even when it's rain or bugs. Managers lie and don't follow up or make things right. They stick you in a contract that is almost impossible to get out of. Would not recommend ever!

Warning to everyone! ADT is one of the most dishonest and predatory companies I’ve ever dealt with. They trap customers with long-term contracts full of hidden fees, their equipment constantly breaks, and every time you need help, they charge ridiculous amounts just to send a technician. Even though you’re already paying monthly, they still find ways to squeeze more money out of you. My name is Hung Anh Nguyen. ADT continues to charge $164/month for camera and alarm, which is higher than the price verbally quoted by a few dozen dollars. The alarm has not worked from May until now, yet charges continue to be deducted from my account. I have repeatedly called and texted with no response. This is unacceptable. I request immediate cancellation of the service, a refund for the months the service did not work, and written confirmation. If the issue is not resolved, I will file complaints with BBB and FTC
