Worst customer service ever. They never came out to fix a broken doorbell camera. When we called to cancel the service the person that supposedly cancelled it did not so we were charged again after setting up a new service with another company and no longer using ADT. Then when we called to get that fixed we got the run around again. Just awful.
It’s always SOMETHING going wrong with my alarm system and to get someone out here to fix/look at it takes an hour of waiting on the phone and a $100 charge for someone to come out EVERY SINGLE TIME. I HATE our ADT alarm system!!! PLEASE buy Vivint instead. Also we sold our house and found out that the security system can’t come with us. WORST decision of. My. Life.
Horrible experience since upgrade. wanted to upgrade to security cameras. new cameras and new main station. install was horrible. the 'professional' installer drilled a hole from our bedroom that penetrated the exterior wall, so there is a hole on the side of my house that i see every time i go to my backyard. installer moved some bedroom furniture and pretty much dismantled the bedframe to get to an outlet, and left the room destroyed and his body odor lingered for well over a day. camera notification system is horrible, i ... read more
Stop coming to new home buyer’s home please. We all have a mailbox. Very rude to knock my door very loudly for couple times.
