Adt is the worst company. All they do is lie and try to con you into staying with them. I highly recommend not using adt

I would give zero if I could but had to do 1. Absolutely disaster. Pressure sales by incompetent salesman...lies..misinformation..and customer service sucks worse than the vacuum I just bought. No communication NO ACCURATE INFO. Call customer service 3 different times.. get 3 different LIES!. Start with the salesman who was greener than a bag of fresh cut grass. LIED an said instalation was free but...it wasn't. Secretly being billed $17 bucks a month for that. Start up payment..he "accidentally" charged my card $1000.00. th... read more
