I would give zero if I could but had to do 1. Absolutely disaster. Pressure sales by incompetent salesman...lies..misinformation..and customer service sucks worse than the vacuum I just bought. No communication NO ACCURATE INFO. Call customer service 3 different times.. get 3 different LIES!. Start with the salesman who was greener than a bag of fresh cut grass. We had the most incredible installation experience! If we could give 10+ stars we would! Recently relocated from IL to TN. We transferred our service with ADT, requested upgrade with cameras to cover outside parameters, full inside safety guards including fire/carbon monoxide and options for when in home and away.
