Poor service. As most companies do, foreigners with incoherent english answer the phone. The questions are insulting and unreal. Yes, my camera is plugged in and yes the socket works. They need more technicians and due to the low number in each service area, they try to talk you through fixes or tell you to watch a video. A service is being paid for. Moved into our dream home and decided we wanted to get a security system for our family. From day one we had issues with the door closing. The technician came out a second time to fix the door but he completely bored out the area where the latch plates secures to the door and now I can literally fit my entire finger plus some all the way down into the door frame. How is it even possible a Security Provider has a call center where nobody ever answers the phone? When they sell to you, they promise you all the best service but once you are on, you are just another number. This is not fair. This service is not cheap. Your customers should not be waiting on the phone for 60minutes. I should not resort to calling the police when I pay ADT. If your system sucks, find experts who can optimize this for you. I can’t have an emergency and there is no one to talk to me. I’m soooo disappointed
