Had to be transferred to 5 people within 20 minutes and still got hung up on with no call back. Issue still not resolved. Cancel my services!
ADT is the WORST. The cameras themselves are ok if you don’t get bad weather, but customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. They never respond and when you call them, you have to be transferred 10x and re explain your situation to every single person. To cancel is like pulling teeth. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN BC THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
ADT used to be a good company but unfortunately, it has really gone downhill. Their equipment is constantly breaking down, and it’s impossible to reach anyone with the company. My advice to anyone who is considering an ADT alarm system avoid them at all cost.
They lie and lock you in a contract that after saying there is no contract. Then they tell you all you need to do to is pay the equipment off and you will be free of any other charges. Then start charging your for monitoring even though the equipment is not even set up on the home or attached still in the original boxes. So what are you monitoring exactly? I have had ADT for years and recently after I evicted a renter, she kept turning my alarm off and I reported it over and over. I had a salesman talk me into updating and when I did, he put it online all my information and this lady I evicted got all the information and when I left , she would turn my alarm off. I went to see the manager on Melrose Lane and he said he would send the tech bk and take it off online. I was told by the manager he would credit me 350. O0. The credit was not ever given.
