I would give zero stars if that were an option. They have non-stop called and emailed trying to get me to pay a bill that I don't owe because their person put information in incorrectly. They are so rude. There is a reason they have such bad reviews,
Canceled almost 2 months ago after a terrible display of business for 3 or 4 years. I've been getting calls and emails nonstop since. Finally, when I told the "Tulsa Branch Manager" Jim, the list of reasons why I canceled and asked them to stop reaching out to me, I just got hung up on. The 2 star average I see is just too much for them.
Tried to cancel my ADT service, after almost 7 years . I was canceling due to the exorbitant rate they wanted to charge me to replace the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms . The account manager continually lowered the price for my service and alarms, as I wouldn’t accept the offer. Why do companies not realize if they did this in the first place people would stay with them? I canceled my service.
This company is ridiculous. I paid 3 years up front. When I went to cancel after 3 years, they did not cancel it. I had to make multiple phone calls and got hung up on repeatedly. They said I owed $170. They finally "waived" the fees after 10+ hours on the phone. I thought everything was done. Nope. I got ANOTHER bill for $35.
