Worst security company ever. Customer service is crap and they treat you shitty. Highly don’t recommend. If your looking for a good security system I recommend vivint
I would give zero stars if that were an option. They have non-stop called and emailed trying to get me to pay a bill that I don't owe because their person put information in incorrectly. They are so rude. There is a reason they have such bad reviews,
Canceled almost 2 months ago after a terrible display of business for 3 or 4 years. I've been getting calls and emails nonstop since. Finally, when I told the "Tulsa Branch Manager" Jim, the list of reasons why I canceled and asked them to stop reaching out to me, I just got hung up on. The 2 star average I see is just too much for them.
