I was curious what ADT security service was like. After reading the reviews I'm not surprised. We used ADT for solar. One thing I know for sure is that they will totally abandon their customers. I'd avoid any ADT product like the plague.
I am extremely disappointed with ADT’s billing and customer service. I moved out of my previous home on May 25, 2025, yet ADT continues to charge me for that property while also charging me for my current residence. I have called at least six times to resolve this issue. Each time, I am transferred between departments and told the charges will be corrected and that I will receive a refund or credit — but that never happens. Worst security company ever. Customer service is crap and they treat you shitty. Highly don’t recommend. If your looking for a good security system I recommend vivint
I would give zero stars if that were an option. They have non-stop called and emailed trying to get me to pay a bill that I don't owe because their person put information in incorrectly. They are so rude. There is a reason they have such bad reviews,
