I want to give an excellent google review to Amanda Walmer ADT Solutions Advisor she was very helpful with every question I had, she took the time to explain everything, tried to work the best price for me and has excellent customer service skills.
This guy damaged personal property and lied. ADT is not welcome on our property again, they've been warned. This guy is also a thief. Edit: Will gladly say I cussed out the rep on the phone after again being lied to. They don't have reps directly in the field they are contractors. Yet cant tell us what company is covering this area "there's over 300 of them"........Then refused to listen when I said that was rubbish. I know y'all might read this, please feel free to call me back as my call started at 1943 EST Jan 23, 2026.

I can confidently say I would never recommend their services, and would tell people to keep their guard up with their rate hikes and if they ever try to speak to their customer service team. They tricked me into keeping my account after I tried to cancel by promising to lower my payment to a quarter of what I was paying. They actually started charging me more after the call, and I didn't realize until a few months after.
