Their experience with the camera app is extremely poor. I honestly do not recommend them at all. The money I paid was completely wasted. The technician came to connect the cameras to the internet, and I wasted four hours for nothing because these cameras are new to the company. The technician even tried calling his manager to ask how to set them up, and all the manager said was, “search on Google.” This is unacceptable how can they add new products when they don’t even know how to handle them? Our Solutions Advisor, Carina, was very nice and thorough in explaining the details involved in converting our over 20 year old system to an updated modern ADT system . She offered her expertise and explained ADT's products and what was needed for our system and what they could offer to us in the transaction. I don’t know how this company still exists. Check their stock price, check reviews. A great example of failure. Worst experience in a long time. Way over priced. Terrible service.
We had a very old ADT system (over 20 years) and it needed updating. Juan Acurero was the service technician sent to our home and we can only say he was fantastic - very knowledgeable and spent time helping us understand the setup and all the new features. We would not have been able to adjust to it so quickly without Juans help. Thanks Juan.
The worst customer service experience I’ve ever been through in a long!!! Trying to transfer my account from North Carolina To Florida… Put it this way it took 10 days of phone calls speaking to 29!!! Yes 29 different representatives & The issue still wasn’t resolved. Everybody passes the buck No one has this authority to solve the problem!!
