This company by far is the worst came to my house broke my alarm charm then offered to charge for a new one installed window detectors with double sided tape four fell out right when they left and they told my wife To buy more double sided tape it will fix it couple thousand dollars later for nothing. They didn’t want to take out the old system. Which was a adt system very lazy very rude truly no customer service, then the rep left without even telling us job was done.
I had a horrific experience with ADT. I’m not sure if it was the Maitland, Orlando, or other offices but I will be posting everywhere. I have already posted to my community Facebook pages warning people not to give ADT any business. About two weeks ago, I called to inquire with ADT about a consultation. Great company
1-Star Review I’ve been an ADT customer since 2007, and this recent experience was the final straw. Over the past 3 years, my equipment has never worked properly. Despite multiple service calls and attempts to fix it, the system still never functioned as it should. Ironically, I kept receiving automated emails saying everything was working fine—when it clearly wasn’t. Most recently, I had to call ADT myself to get answers—no one ever reached out to me.
