1-Star Review I’ve been an ADT customer since 2007, and this recent experience was the final straw. Over the past 3 years, my equipment has never worked properly. Despite multiple service calls and attempts to fix it, the system still never functioned as it should. Very bad service
Terrible service, purchased what was supposed to be there high end cameras and security system. Just for a couple months to go by and my car windows get broken into. I was lied to about the money back guarantee which was supposedly a month and when I call within that said month they said I signed a contract with only 3 day warranty. Everytime I speak to someone on customer service they brush my issue off and try to charge me to get the cameras I just bought serviced. I feel like I signed myself over to a complete scam.
