I can confidently say I would never recommend their services, and would tell people to keep their guard up with their rate hikes and if they ever try to speak to their customer service team. They tricked me into keeping my account after I tried to cancel by promising to lower my payment to a quarter of what I was paying. They actually started charging me more after the call, and I didn't realize until a few months after. The product is fine, but trying to cancel is very difficult. I will not use again just based on the cancel process.
Terrible service. I spent around $4500 for equipment and service for 2 locations. I needed to return 1 keypad because it’s not good and the technician said I have 60 days to return. So I ask the sales associate who sold me everything to return the 1 piece. He told me I had to contact someone else which is odd because he’s the one who sold it to me. I call the line, the redirect me to another person who then tells me I cannot return after 48 hours of purchase. Not even retail stores have this kind of rule…. So now I’m stuck w... read more
