Terrible service, purchased what was supposed to be there high end cameras and security system. Just for a couple months to go by and my car windows get broken into. I was lied to about the money back guarantee which was supposedly a month and when I call within that said month they said I signed a contract with only 3 day warranty. Had my home setup with Juan and his co-pilot, they were exceptional! Explained what I was getting with the package, set everything up right, and got me fully taken care of. 100% Recommend!
They continued to charge my bank account even after cancellation. After several chats and phone calls with customer service, they confirmed my account was cancelled and even said they would refund the over-charged amounts. No refunds received, only additional debit charges months after. Was not on a contract. After calling my bank to request a block on ADT, I was informed that ADT frequently does this to their customers. I would not recommend ADT. They are so helpful in the beginning but as soon as you get your system installed that is exactly where the helpfulness ends. I have had more issues with my system than I have had a properly working system over the entire time I have had ADT. Your options to fix any issue regarding your system is 1. Pay a fee for a technician. 2 get a ladder and do it yourself. 3. Do it yourself with a voice over the phone that repeats 3 things to try and when those don’t work they are lost.
