Terrible service. I spent around $4500 for equipment and service for 2 locations. I needed to return 1 keypad because it’s not good and the technician said I have 60 days to return. So I ask the sales associate who sold me everything to return the 1 piece. He told me I had to contact someone else which is odd because he’s the one who sold it to me. Worst company to try to cancel your services also its expensive , they don’t answer calls when you want to cancel service
This company by far is the worst came to my house broke my alarm charm then offered to charge for a new one installed window detectors with double sided tape four fell out right when they left and they told my wife To buy more double sided tape it will fix it couple thousand dollars later for nothing. They didn’t want to take out the old system. Which was a adt system very lazy very rude truly no customer service, then the rep left without even telling us job was done.
I had a horrific experience with ADT. I’m not sure if it was the Maitland, Orlando, or other offices but I will be posting everywhere. I have already posted to my community Facebook pages warning people not to give ADT any business. About two weeks ago, I called to inquire with ADT about a consultation.
