Worst company in the world bad customer service
Stay away from ADT, on the phone for over an hour with 4 different agents, none could help me, but they can send a service technician for $59, so much BS from these people its not even funny. What they do is blame it on the internet provider who blames it on ADT. After 9 years and 2 years of it not working, I will have to change to a new provider.

I purchased a ADT security system due to my son having autism. I just wanted the door alarms & some window sensors. THATS IT. They insisted I install water sensors because my homeowners insurance covered that. I thought, sure, if it's offered for free. I only got the 3 door sensors, no window sensors, no cameras, nothing i really wanted but sure got two useless water sensors. I already have a leakbot, really didn't need anything else. Absolutely garbage company. Placed on hold when tried to cancel. Again, again, again, kept charging me every month even when I didn’t have the service or equipment anymore. I paid hundred and hundreds to them because I said “I will pay this, but you need to let me cancel.” They say “okay no problem, as long as you pay then you can cancel.” So I pay, then on hold, then they hang up.
