They over charged me and won't answer the phone I've canceled and they keep send bills..Total rip off company..Stay away..Scammers...
Very bad service. We used the service for our business 10 years . The panel and adt control app was not connected. I have called for service over phone 3 times and wait for the line every time 1 hours . But it still was not working. I asked for adt technical come to service at my restaurant. They still want to charge $59/hour. It did not fare at all plus I asked for new panel that our restaurant should change. They said I have to pay for it.
I have never in my life dealt with this type of horrific customer service. Nobody has the slightest clue what they are taking about and I was given the same false information from three different members of this team. After going back and forth with them for over a week, they ended up doing absolutely nothing to come to a compromise on a situation that they were 100% at fault for. I have cancelled my ADT subscription and will be telling everyone I know never to even think about using them. You guys are unbelievably incompete... read more
If you don't already have ADT , avoid them. They are the biggest liars and how can you feel secure with liars monitoring your house???? I signed up they told me installation was free but that same day my credit card was charged, every month after that my monthly fee was more than my contract states. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH AFT LITERALLY ANY COMPANY WOULD BE A STEP UP , I would give them 0 stars because they don't deserve 1

We have been a satisfied ADT customer at our Jupiter home for nearly 30 years and can highly recommend them...mainly because of their caring people. Deborah Fish is an outstanding representative...she's always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. DFish is a consummate professional...we are so loyal to ADT because of her! Call ADT for your security needs...you'll be glad you did!
