Avoid these criminals at all costs! I was an ADT security customer for over a decade, and the equipment in my home was outdated and not functioning properly. I was quoted over $2k to update it, so I cancelled my service. ADT directed me to call to cancel, which I did and I was told my service would end June 12. If I could give zero star I would! Absolute the worst customer service ever. Told way too many lies. Don’t waste your time with this company. Absolutely won’t do anything to help keep a customer. Just run away.
I’m profoundly disappointed with my ADT experience. They failed to complete the installation that I paid for over a month ago and left this bare board exposed in my home. I can only assume it’s a safety hazard. I haven’t heard anything from the company since. Please save yourself a headache and go with another company.
Since the app does not let me give 0 stars you automatically get just 1 lucky you! When my system was installed it was great. I have Since sold my home and had multiple conversations with my tech about what to do. I asked do I take all my equipment and was told NO as long as the new owner activated the service I was freed from the contract. I am moving out of state to Alaska there is no ADT in Alaska, yes the tech again told me it is ok you won't be charged. They over charged me and won't answer the phone I've canceled and they keep send bills..Total rip off company..Stay away..Scammers...
