My alarm goes off randomly. Can't get it fixed.
I first contacted ADT because of all of the accolades that came up on the internet. But before they would even come to my home and provide a cost estimate they wanted my DOB and the last 4 of my SSN. They said it was because they needed to run a credit check on me. I hung up and went back to the Internet and decided to call Protect America who was rated as #2. You can’t get in touch with a local sales representative. I had one show up to my door at 9pm to sell us ADT. He said “oh they didn’t tell you I was coming when you were at the closing table?” ....Definitely no after speaking with my real estate agent, let alone at 9pm at night! I don’t want your service, especially after this.
Worst alarm company. We called twice to get a quote on new equipment (we were a customer for 4 years but replaced all our windows and needed new equipment installed) but no one ever called us back. So they charged us for the month we didn’t have equipment yet didn’t call us back and a month to “cancel” because we went with a company that actually called us back.
Moved and told me to leave all my equipment they would replace it and then they wanted to charge me $2200 for all new sensors go to Comcast they are way better and cheaper.
