He explained different options like all the other reviews mentioned, we decided on something and it was in 2 days later. I was hesitant to contact this dealer seeing as i live in santa monica and his office is in west hills, but he came out the same day. I called because of the reviews and i am satisfied with the service. I would recommend him to other people who need home security
