Our alarm security from ADT is great! It alarmed when someone tried to break in our house. Fortunately, it was just the dog. The point here is that it works! After the incident, we kept on recommending ADT to our friends.

Our home alarm system has been with us for almost 4 years. We never tried having people from ADT to fix the system. All I can say is that their products are truly heavy-duty.
We moved into an apartment that already had an ADT alarm. When the technician came out to reactivate the system, he only had to make minor adjustments to the positions of certain sensors even though the system had been dormant for 5 years (the tenant before us hadn't used it). I was really impressed that the system was still in great shape even so many years later!
