I have used ADT for years for my home and recently set up an account for my business. All in all it was a pretty positive experience and the price was very competitive. The difference betweenthe home and business installation and setup was minimal, and I would have expected a slightly more polished approach to a commercial account, but the truth is that the systems are pretty similar. I will continue using ADT and appreciate their service.
Our system was already installed when we moved in and we had it upgraded a year later with additional door sensors to cover every possible opening. It actually works too well sometimes because we have accidentally tripped it a number of times.
My ADT system scared away a recent home invader. I am very glad I did not wait too long to get a security system. People seem to think they dont need one, well I think its better to be protected then to try and clean up your life after a home invasion.
ADT¿s free home security review was really valuable for showing us possible points of entry and things that we could make safer around the house and customer service has been helpful. I definitely recommend ADT to anyone considering home security ¿ and don¿t wait for a crime to happen first like we did!
Sometimes people have to make choices and the best for a home security is ADT. I am a loyal customer for 5 years now and I agree that there are times that they fell short on their services. But what company does not faults anyway? there is none. ADT is very reliable and always fuctional.

ADT has done a great job keeping me safe! Most quotes I got were around the £900 mark plus the £300 or so a year for maintenance and monitoring costs. The ADT package I got was around £25/month which includes 2 service visits and full monitoring.
