The installer was equally great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He's was very respectful of our home and works very cleanly. Anyone looking to have a monitored alarm installed through ADT, contact these guys....THEY'LL HOOK YOU UP!
I came home from the grocery store about a month ago and saw a cop car outside my house. As I got closer, I heard the siren going off and figured out what probably happened, but I was still surprised because I didn¿t really think anyone would try to break in in the middle of the day. The cop checked my ID and then said that no one was in the house now but asked me to see if anything was missing. Our system was already installed when we moved in and we had it upgraded a year later with additional door sensors to cover every possible opening. It actually works too well sometimes because we have accidentally tripped it a number of times.
This is a greedy company with terrible customer service. In the door they went up $2-$4 dollars on your monthly bill and the rep told me I was lucky as if they are the company that exist. Be- ware they lock your alarm units so that no other company can monitor them.
ADT has been great to my family for over 7 years. We had one break-in within that time and ADT literally saved our lives. If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companies its apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company.
Hey,, I just want to leave something for ADT. This company is servicing a lot of customers yet they are still able to meet the needs of each!. Their systems has lesser faults compared to other companies. I asked my friends what security company should I get for my business. I thought of something else but they all suggested ADT. I asked them why,, they told me -- the have been in the business for more than 100 years.Proven and tested.
