customer + services My suggestion is to get any package from ADT because they are best in giving the services to their customers. I have not experienced any burglary but if that happens, I know I am protected because of ADT.

functional and reliable Sometimes people have to make choices and the best for a home security is ADT. I am a loyal customer for 5 years now and I agree that there are times that they fell short on their services. But what company does not faults anyway? there is none. ADT is very reliable and always fuctional.

easy to use system The ADT Quick connect system is easy to use and if fully monitored by ADT. The monitoring service will contact up to 3 keyholders if the quick connect system is set off. The quality of the components is very good and the installation was done by qualified ADT engineers. The installers talked us through using the system via the wireless keypad. combined smoke/C02 detectors Really surprised to discover that ADT was the most cost effective out of them all. The reason for this is that my installation only cost £299 which includes the Metropolitan Police Registration fee. The system was installed in about 5 hours with the minimum mess. I opted also for a combined smoke/C02 detector that alerts the alarm receiving centre if I have a fire/gas leak. Most quotes I got were around the £900 mark plus the £300 or so a year

trusted home security This I have make things clear about ADT. This is the biggest company when it comes to home security and they can be TRUSTED. They are very reliable and their prices are affordable.

could not match ADT! I phoned around local installers but they could not match to price of the QuickConnect system from ADT. From booking to installation was four working days and installation took around 4 hours by ADT installers. Nice wireless keypad to control the alarm from anywhere in the house. The monitoring and servicing are included in the monthly price.

impeccable service record Every time you hear about home alarms you immediately think of ADT. Why? Because they are the largest, most well respect monitored alarm service in the industry. The company and its staff’s record is impeccable and that is because they have proven continuously that if a burglary occurs that there is a live person their to immediately be certain the police is notified and on their way to protect you and your loved ones.

service is excellent My family moved into a house last year that already had ADT home security. We were hesitant to sign up, but the customer service received was excellent. The person was very patient and detailed in explaining the process.
