Most quotes I got were around the �900 mark plus the �300 or so a year for maintenance and monitoring costs. The ADT package I got was around �25/month which includes 2 service visits and full monitoring.
I had a really good experience with this company. This dealer is very professional and is very knowledgable. He took the time to go through the product and services and made sure I understand and comfortable with the purchase. He made great recommendations that saved us money. The installer was also very nice and professional. He came out to the house to install it next day. Great customer service!
There are no provisions provided by this company protecting the consumer from unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, placing them in a potentially damaging or threatening situation. The salesman without a doubt, misrepresented the company and lied to me about police/fire department response times, and the direct debit requirement.

A lot of people are making a fuss over a simple alarm fault. Companies have their limitations as well and sometimes, they fell short on their services. ADT is the best company but let us not forget that can commit mistakes as well. It is very unfair to call them a scam and what not, because they would not be in the business this long if they are doing their best.

Immediately after the Installation the sales rep miscommunicated the contract details. The company told me that there is no Contract as such but the rep told me that I am under a 3 year contract.. The sevice is just very low and bad people. Do not waste you money with ADT.
