This I have make things clear about ADT. This is the biggest company when it comes to home security and they can be TRUSTED. They are very reliable and their prices are affordable. Sometimes, there are litte faults but nevertheless, they are working perfectly. They have friendly staff and very helpful one. They see to it that all subscribers are well served.

I called for repair through CSR. They scheduled my last Tuesday. They arrived on time and gave me some tips to handle problems like this. I did not expect that ADT can be so accommodating and helpful to their customers. I do not understand why others say bad things to them. But for me, they have been great and really generous enough to take time to come to my place and fix the problem.

I have used ADT for years for my home and recently set up an account for my business. All in all it was a pretty positive experience and the price was very competitive. The difference betweenthe home and business installation and setup was minimal, and I would have expected a slightly more polished approach to a commercial account, but the truth is that the systems are pretty similar. I will continue using ADT and appreciate their service.

Most quotes I got were around the �900 mark plus the �300 or so a year for maintenance and monitoring costs. The ADT package I got was around �25/month which includes 2 service visits and full monitoring.
