This company in Richmond Hill is not part of corporate...they are a authorizes dealer whose job is to sale... customer service is not a priority for AUTHORIZE DEALERS.. I work at the corporate office in Savanah and we hear these complaints daily from customers that had systems installed by these 3rd parties and thought it was our corporate office... there is only one corporate office in Savanah...that is on 1000 business center drive.
ADT is a terrible company. Their system didn’t.m work. They never sent a tech to fix it and then sent me to collections over a $200 bill. Didn’t even try to figure out what was going on. THEY DONT CARE BOUT YOU!
Horrible experience! The alarm kept going off for no reason at all hrs of the day and night. When i terminated the service the alarm would still go off. When i called to have someone disconnected they said they couldn't help because I wasn't a customer.
Let me now tell you about adt. Before they give you a quote they wanna run a credit check. Now mind you before you agree to sign with them. Then if asked if it is a soft or a hard hit they tell you soft. Straight up lies. It's a hard hit on your report for 2 years. Screw adt too
I contacted this company last week to get a quote on how much it would cost to get a security system with ADT. They were very quick to call me back. While talking to the sales rep, I explained I wanted to get a consultation only so I could talk about my options and see the equipment. The sales rep stated "no problem" and that he would send someone out to do a security assessment and show me prices. He also told me the technician could install the same day if I agreed.
