Absolutely, DO NOT get involved with this security company. We were customers for 20+ years. We had an issue unbeknownst to us. We were paying for security which we were not even getting. Then there was another issue. They sent someone to fix the problem but when he gets there. He tells me that in order to fix the problem that I will need to buy a part. This security system was good for about 4 years. I never had to call them for anything but now that I’m having issues you cannot get anyone to call you back! They answer the phone and say they’ll call you back in 24 hours! That’s a lie!!! I’ve had to call them back every time and practically beg for someone to come out for service!
