I’m not sure how this company has so many stars!!! We took over a Vector Security system when we purchased our home. Didn’t really need it, but I thought I was doing the previous homeowners a favor because they helped us out. When I met with the sales person, he looked me straight in the eye and told me it was a three-year contract. Vector security always call when something goes wrong or they need to address a specific issue. I would recommend them to anyone needing that type of protection.

I called vector security due to a message I was getting on my pad. First appointment available was Tuesday of next week. Then I got a call from Jordan the technician, he’s been to the house before, asking if it was okay if he could come today. I told him yes, he was here within 45 minutes. Fixed the problem and was finished in no time. Jordan was great.
