Had a bad fall in 2021 during the COVID era and Dr.Doan Nguyen took care of my broken wrists and fractured knee immediately. I have am completely recovered and have had courteous and quick follow-ups since. Only need yearly checkups now. Thanks ADS Orthopedics.
If I could leave no stars I would! The way this office treated me post op is just ridiculous! I called and set appt up when I got out of hospital and they immediately tell me i have to pay towards my surgery balance and I let them know I couldn’t at the time and she said can you at least pay 50$ for the x ray and I said ok I can do that so I drive 45 min to my appt and they try to charge me 400 saying it might be more then one xray and I explained that I told them on the phone I couldn’t pay that at the time and they had att... read more
The worse doctor I ever went! First they didn’t take the time to explain to me why I have pain, the. The visit total was not more that 8 minutes… Doctor was not willing to listen about my pain , the only thing they did was a shot… the people in front dear were extremely rude, they charge me 175 for nothing and I don’t know why but a my pain doctor didn’t know either !!! That is crazy why they are a doctor then if they don’t know or do not want to take the time to listen to you. WAISt of time and energy in this place
The reception staff is friendly, the doctor is a slob, he didn't check my ankle, he looked at it and in seconds he told me that it would have to be an operation and he was rude and attended to more than two people at the same time, I told him what an orthopedic doctor had told me. emergency and dream commented that no one knows that he was going for a cast and he refused, he gave me the option of putting it on if it is what I wanted it to be in two weeks I do not recommend it!!!👎
I don’t have any thing bad to say the office staff, Dr. were just that staff check in collected info I had already completed new patient paperwork got my MRI cd and report not much to do there no issues called in saw Dr shook hands told me my issues took an X-ray to be sure of infection sites gave them to me he talked a little about my problems all about business but does show concern in and out in an hour Black girl thanks Doc.
