I have dealt with Adroit a few different times with different houses. Past years, I communicated with Tom. Great price, great person. The last dealings have been terrible! Terrible communication, many accusations of untrue comments. Clueless. A few months ago, doors were to be installed. Driver had STOLEN their truck and left abandoned the day they were to show up. I apologize that you feel your experience has been less than our standards of excellence. The delay for your original installation date (also scheduled as a tentative installation date) were caused by the manufacturer as we are a third party dealer (if we made the products ourselves, there would be a lot less delays!) as for our industry it was "busy season". I called them this morning as my cars were stuck in the garage on my way to work. There were here in only 45 minutes, repaired my door in less than an hour, and I was on my way!!! Highly recommended, professional, and affordable! You'd be silly to call someone else
