Very strange there is only 1 or 5 star reviews for this property. My experience was not pleasant. There was a shooting in the first 6 months of living here. Someone drove down Vance one night and cleared a clip of 7 or so shots and I actually found one of the shells next to my car the following week. Don’t plan on going out to your back patio area if you don’t like cigarette smoke, both our neighbors were constant chain smokers and not sure if they smoked inside their homes but we actually had several instances where the smo... read more

Gas leak at the townhomes today and the building manager, Sherri is so incompetent that no one was alerted, and still hasn’t been HOURS later

We lived in one of the townhomes for 7 years and loved it! The only reason we moved is because we bought a home. The space was great, property was nice and well kept. Sheri, the manager, was always quick to respond and super helpful! No complaints, and would definitely recommend!
