The agent was very friendly and professional. Gave me 3 times lower rate than my previous one. They rock!!!
The lady I spoke with on the phone was very attentive and helpful. I liked the way she actually gave interest to what I needed and adjusted until I was satisfied. She was able to get me options in what I was asking for and genuinely seemed like she had interest and liked doing her job. She was overall very helpful and got me exactly what I needed.
