Today 3-28-2026 at 130 pm I visited the Arleta office and it was closed even though the business hours say they closed at 5 pm waited there for about an hour and no one showed up I called the customer service number to ask if they were open and a guy in a very rude way he answered YES THEY ARE and hung up on me 😂😂, I couldn’t believe how bad Adriana’s insurance has gone, they use to have great service maybe they are operating under different ownership.
