I just left here within the last hour and I'm now having to finish my own hair cut, that should never happen. I work in an industry where maintaining a professional look is important; to my company, the client we represent and most importantly myself. I came in, explained my entire situation and the Woman seemed like she was concerned and was going to fix my hair, she basically just shortened the problem.
