La doc es increíble pero es absurdo que Piden que canceles con tiempo y llevo hoy 20min en llamada y no atienden! Dice que está abierto en el google maps y mañana cerrado y el miércoles también. Mi cita es el jueves! Ahora voy a tener que pagar la multa de cancelación porque ellos no atienden ! Que absurdo de verdad… acomoden el horario de google maps o estén pendiente de las llamadas si tienen política para cancelar!
I was not at all impressed with Dr Bonansea I had allergy test done on both my forearms and the upper part of my arm and I was told I had no allergies I later visite an ENT and after receiving a positive allergies results and now being treated with injections I can't imagen what was amiss
I had an excellent experience. The doctor was very professional and provided clear, thorough explanations throughout the visit. The staff was courteous, attentive, and well organized. Overall, the quality of care and customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this practice.”
