Management blows. Definitely just giving out full-time jobs to anyone. Half the employee's aren't trained and expected to train temps. The engineers don't even know how to build a product that works, Unfortunately its the few good employees stuck figuring out a way that make the install work for pennies on the 💵 while the big man makes millions.
