My daughter was triaged by a tele nurse before we arrived. The purpose of her visit was because she’d been experiencing shortness of breath, chest pain, and pain on one side of her body. She’d explained that the nurse over the phone mentioned she should get to a hospital immediately. Not a good place to be sick! Unprofessional and not friendly. We will not be back. This is the 2nd experience with this ER. Thought the 1st bad experience was a fluke. Turns out it’s just bad. Sub standard care. I will travel further in the future to avoid this place
Office visit for an EAR Ache, doctor looked in ear and prescribed ear drops for swimmers ear. This was by appointment not urgent care was there about 15 min at most and costed $515.00!! For an office visit!! Ridiculous. Looked up services for this type of issue at all different Aurora's and no where near that amount. The most was $363.00 for Urgent Care in Marinette.
He came in the room. Didn't introduce himself.... Took two minutes maybe to look at images. Said "abnormal" and left. No explanation, no courtesy, no words!! If this doc were paid by how many words he speaks, he would be POOR. Of course, he is paid the big bucks but for what?
Dr. Kaitlynn is the best Dr. I ever went to. Nicest person l ever met tooo. So happy and lucky to have her, the nurses and office ladies.
Physical therapy group is excellent. I been there for stroke recovery shoulder therapy.
I have to say 100% a one-star rating if it's not from the emergency room the walk-in clinic or occupational services Kenosha is a horrible facility to deal with I just had to go through occupational services than people treat you like shit and doctor was lying on their own benefit pretty horrible I have ever been treated like this i will never go back
