I moved recently from Denver, CO, where I had been with my allergist for 28 years, to El Paso. After 2 miserable experiences with physicians here, I flew back to Denver to see my doctor. She and her colleagues helped me find Dr. Casillas, who has provided excellent care. He listens and responds thoughtfully. When I am sick, I can have an appointment by the next day. The staff members are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Casillas.
After almost 2 years of constantly getting sick I was referred to Dr Casillas and he found out what was wrong n the first visit!! Amazing he knew exactly what to look for!!! All I needed was a booster shot and once I got it I have been feeling so much better. I like that he continues to have me go in as well to check up on me! Amazing Dr!!
I felt very welcome upon my arrival. The staff was very courteous. Dr. Casillas was warm and welcoming and seemed to be conserved with my symptoms.

Our experience from the moment I set up the appointment to the end of leaving the building after the appointment was a breeze. Dr. Casillas and his WHOLE staff are marvelous. They are all very friendly and professional. Dr. Casillas takes his time to explain all medical issues in such a thorough manner. We did not feel rushed at any point as he answered our questions. Went to see him last year because I had to file an ADA claim due to employees in office pouring all their cologne and perfume on themselves everyday. Now, the company changed insurance companies & he is no longer on my plan. He is good. Too bad I have to find another allergist.
Awesome doctor, great bedside manner, very knowledgeable,patient and earnest.
I called the office at 1015 am this morning was offered 2 appointments as a new patient for today as well. Walked in by 1040am. From Denise to the male medical assistant the nurse practitioner Nicole and Dr Casillas.... Everyone was very professional and attentive. Made me feel so comfortable and have now referred Dr Casillas and Nicole to 3 different people. Very impressed.
