Doctor and staff were kind and courteous. The doctor was not rushed and took the time to listen.
Dr. Casillas was on time and very personable. He made me feel very comfortable. His office was very clean and his staff was exceptional.

Visit was long over due. I suffer from chronic sinus infections and needed to be seen by Dr.
I would very much recommend Dr. Casillas to anyone experiencing allergy issues, his background and wealth of knowledge alone would be a good reason to see Dr.Casillas but he also has a great demeanor and great personality, he actually took the time to get to know more about me and any underlying causes that might be affecting my health before prescribing a treatment.
Dr Casillas was awesome, got me breathing again but his Billing department SUCKS.. I did all pre-appointment check in and billing but they could not keep it straight and set a bill collector after me.... I had to prove that I paid my bills with receipts from their on line system to them but seems like it was just oh well to billing... Sad, as I really like Dr Casillis! Now I am going to have to jump out my butt to find another DR that can help as I will not take a chance again!
I had a wonderful visit. Dr. Casillas took his time to explain the answers to my questions regarding my health concerns. He also listened to my concerns regarding medication issues. Thumbs up to Dr. Casillas.
Dr. Casillas has been so knowledgeable and caring. He listens attentively when I am explaining my symptoms. I was sick for 6 months and ever since I started treatment with him, I am doing much better! I also feel very comfortable with his staff, they are courteous and attentive.
Dr. Casillas and his staff were all very attentive and patient with my 5 year old daughter. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him. And the wait time was very short! Always a plus.
