I’m pretty bummed about my recent experience with Adrenaline Trailers. I paid good money to have new fender boards and bunks replaced on my trailer, expecting a professional job. However, when I loaded my boat afterward, I discovered it was actually sitting on the fenders—not right at all. I called first thing Monday morning hoping for a quick resolution, but was let down by their response. My trailer hadn’t had any significant service in almost 18 years. I took it in and was completely amazed with the outcome. Not only did they completely refurbish it, but the quality and attention to detail was beyond impressive. I had the privilege of meeting Wayne Sr. and his son Wayne Jr., what a class act. Outstanding work at a reasonable price. Class act from a to z.
Took in my adrenaline trailer for its first service in 7 years and it needed a few repairs plus some maintenance. Carson communicated very well and went out of his way to make sure all the work was done right without cutting corners. It’s a relief to work with people who care about what they do.
Can't say enough good things about these folks. I had an ongoing issue with my new adrenaline trailer and they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Great customer service does still exist, I highly recommend them!
