Jacob and Josiah did a fantastic job this morning setting up my ADP alarm system. Both were on time, professional, informative, courteous and, most importantly, very patient while they trained me on the new system. Cannot say enough good things about these two young men and about the responsiveness l’ve experienced with them and with this alarm company in general. Highly recommend.

This company has terrible customer service. Google their number.. not one of them gets you to their actual office. They all route to the central call center that has nothing to with ADP apparently and they tell you the only way to speak with someone regarding accounts is for them to send a message and get a call back. I’ve called them multiple times to have them stop calling , get put on hold and then get hung up on every time. Would not recommend.

My service is paid in full and cancelled yet I continue to get charged, customer service did nothing.

We don’t have service from 2024 and still charge automatically in 2025, this company sucks so I suggest people who has their service and cancel it within past year make sure to check your account to see any charges it’s try loot people My business is Easley mart liquor We never restart the service back in November This is the proof for you charging us over for 2025 to 2026 And we also call the account people and they never answer saying that they need proof and stuff But we were over with your company since 2024
